Life is full of decisions and when deciding what garments to include in our first system we had to make some choices. One of the choices we had to make was around what garments to include in the Kanati system. Our goal with this system is to allow the greatest number of hunters the opportunity to be in the field for as much of the hunting season as possible. With that goal in mind, we decided on building a very specific set of products.
The system is mid-weight making it flexible and useable from early-season through the late season in most southern states. We’ve included all the essential elements (hat, shirt, pants, and jacket), we also include a very versatile neck gaiter with the system. Our experience over two years of testing is that the system is excellent in warm conditions, wicks moisture very well, and keeps you comfortable even with conditions at or near freezing.
In time we plan on introducing other garments that provide additional features, more comfort in varying conditions, and flexibility in use.
